The Bayou House Catering Company and Anacapa Barbeque feature a wide
variety of traditional and unique dishes, from simple to exotic, casual
to elegant. I love them because they're utterly reliable!!! You can call them any time of the day and have a great party catered in your budget. The other thing that is really terrific is their flexibility. THey can do beautiful plated dinners or simple buffet. Originating from New Orleans, the food can be as hot or as mellow as you want. I'm still looking for the Californian who really can handle the spice and Cajun flavor these guys can dish out!
